Statement

My work includes sculpture, photography, painting, and text. I also create civic and ecological place-making initiatives. I live in Spirit Bay, a village located on Sc'ianew First Nation lands on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada. My projects presently respond to the surrounding wildlife, forests, fields, and the ocean, within the context of rapid redevelopment and resource exploitation in the area.
